Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Be free from any damage, stains, or signs of use

As our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and crochet patterns may occur. These details are part of the unique handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be sent through the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production or shipping begins, cancellations may not be possible because many of our crochet bags are handmade to order.

Shipping Responsibility

Caryline By Aroofa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Customs delays

  • Weather or unexpected circumstances
